Silpat Silicone Baking Mat

This must have silicone baking mat is made of fiberglass mesh and food grade silicone. This baking mat is extremely flexible and durable, suitable for all types of cooking. No need to grease or flour your mat, place your preparation directly on the mat.

Use & Storage: Baking temperatures may need to be adjusted according to your specific oven. - Silpat is effective in temperatures from -40°F to 500°F (or -40°C to 260°C). Place the liner on a perforated tray or a grid before handling. Lay the product to be baked or frozen directly on Silpat. Store flat or rolled in a cool, dry location.

Care: Before you use your Silpat for the first time, and before and after each use, clean your mat with a soft sponge and soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and shake off any excess water, then air dry on a flat surface.
