This little puffy sponge is made in Japan using the roots of the konyakku plant, and is 100% plant-based and biodegradable. Use as a daily exfoliating tool to cleanse without scratching or irritating your skin. You can use with or without soap! It has a 3-6 months lifetime and can be composted when you are done with it.

Daily use: Soak briefly in warm water to rehydrate. To exfoliate, wet the sponge and make a small lather with your facial cleanser. You can also use the sponge alone without any cleanser. Rub in circular motions to remove dirt from the pores without scratching the skin. Your face will love it! Rinse out completely, then press between palms to remove excess water from sponge and hang to dry.

Green Tea: antioxidant benefits and protects skin from damaging free radicals.
Charcoal: great natural cleanser and purifier. Better for blemishes or oily skin.
